Return Policy:

 

Games/decor items are rented out on a weekly basis to various clients. It is important that games and decor are returned timeously to allow our team to clean, replaces and prepare stock for orders that follow.  

 

Clients are required to deliver games/decor the following working day after the event or as per agreed upon timeline.

 

Late return penalties:

 

• 1 Day after agreed upon timeline: 20% of invoice

• 2 Days after agreed upon timeline: 40% of invoice

• 3 Days after agreed upon timeline: 60% of invoice

• 4 Days or more: Client forfeits deposit

 

Refund Policy:

 

Cancellations must be received in writing. The following charges apply:

 

• after confirmation 20% of order amount

• 30 - 20 days prior to event 40% of order amount

• 19 - 1 day/s prior to event 100% of order amount

Pickup Address

We are based in Garsfontein, Pretoria. The address will be sent through once payment for your order has been received.

 

Pickup Instructions

We will go through your quote request, check availability and then revert back with a quote via email. Items can be collected from our premises in Garsfontein approx 2 days before your event, for return 2 days after.
