Return Policy:
Games/decor items are rented out on a weekly basis to various clients. It is important that games and decor are returned timeously to allow our team to clean, replaces and prepare stock for orders that follow.
Clients are required to deliver games/decor the following working day after the event or as per agreed upon timeline.
Late return penalties:

1 Day after agreed upon timeline: 20% of invoice

2 Days after agreed upon timeline: 40% of invoice

3 Days after agreed upon timeline: 60% of invoice

4 Days or more: Client forfeits deposit
Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing. The following charges apply:
